About Myself
Background
Born in the city of Baghdad, I was raised there with my Mother and father till the age of two. We then moved to several different countries, before finally moving into London, where my father had already settled. I was noted to be a happy but hyperactive kid. I was also a mean fighter, and never stood down my ground for anyone. Lucky since then I've grown to be mature and understanding of people and the world at hand.
My nickname is Halgoo and trust me you don't want to know what that stands for! When I was first born my eye colour was grey for a couple of months and I had blonde hair for around 3 years. I noticed that my eyes change in tone, going from light shades of brown to darker shades, this could have something to do with the way I feel I think or might even be the effect of the sun.
Writing
Poetry has allowed me to express myself in structural form, yet also gives me room to be somewhat abstract. I am a really sensitive and emotional poet where my feelings come straight from the heart. I hope to release a book entitled "Through the barricades of heart and mind". I have written many poems mostly love poems and deep-thinking ones.
Since my journal has started up many people have commented on my excellent skills to involve the reader into my life. I am currently writing a book about 'men vs. women' how they think and responded to each other. The way they interact and how the right combination can be a perfect match and again linking this to the astrology signs. I also hope to write a book about myself since I have been through somewhat a hard life. And finally I hope to write a love story based on pure passion and spiritual connection between two people.
Photography
What the eye visualizes is an array of amazing colours and movement which sometimes set the heart and soul on fire with all kinds of different emotions. My love for photography started off when choose to do A-Level photography in Chiswick High School. I begin to experiment with black and white film. I loved capturing pictures of people in their nature form. It sometimes showed me something about that person I never thought of it before. I recently brought myself a digital camera, and this has expanded my love for photography by ten-fold. There is so much beauty out there, why not try to capture a glimpse of it?
Psychology
I will always love studying the mind and since I was thirteen I have been looking at people, studying their actions and emotions towards each other. From the smallest hand movements, to the most obvious eye looks; I hope to study this field more once I finish my degree, get into all the deep and interesting views from psychologist all around the world.
